请大家于本周内（2013年9月29日下午5点前）在紫云楼前台、李老师309办公室、本通知附表、留学生会干部处或者编辑手机短信（英文姓名+护照有效期+签证有效期）发送至13637989998，发送邮件至chucklee@swu.edu.cn登记大家的护照和签证有效期。根据《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》，护照/签证超期而造成非法滞留的外籍人员将被依法处理。

护照/签证如有变更，请及时告知李老师。

请务必重视。

Important Notice on

Validity Date of Passport & Visa

All International Students (except new students):

Please note down the validity date of your passport & visa within this week (before 5 p.m., September 29, 2013) at the reception desk of Ziyun Building, Mr. Li's office in Room 309, the appendix of this notice, the student union leaders' room, or by sending SMS to 13637989998 (English name + validity date of passport + validity date of visa) or an email to chucklee@swu.edu.cn. According to the Entry and Exit Management Law of the people's Republic of China, illegal stay caused by the expiry of passport or visa will be punished accordingly.

If there is any change about your passport & visa, please inform Mr. Li timely. Pay attention, Please.
